Simply register/login and send us a soft-copy request from your dashboard, we will then promptly send it to you.

Please be advised that soft copy requests are only available on the same day as your transaction. Requests made after this period cannot be guaranteed, so we highly recommend you ask for a soft copy right after you receive your photo at the store.
