1. Returns Eligibility:

We do not accept returns for customized or personalized items unless they are defective, damaged, or there is an error on our part.
Returns for non-customized items are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.

2. Process for Returns:

To initiate a return for non-customized items, please contact our customer service team at support@colorartstudio.ph within the specified return period.
For defective or damaged customized items, please contact us immediately with details and photographs.

3. Refund or Exchange:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange for non-customized items.
Refunds for defective or damaged customized items will be processed to the original payment method. Please note that handling fees are not refundable.

4. Non-Returnable Items:

Customized or personalized items are non-returnable unless there is a defect or error on our part.
Gift cards and downloadable products are also non-returnable.

5. Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

6. Damaged or Defective Items:

In the case of receiving a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will provide instructions for returning the item and arrange for a replacement or refund.

7. Cancellations:

Orders for customized items cannot be canceled once they have entered production. Please review your order carefully before confirming.
