FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
What are tarpaulin banners made of?
We use vinyl 510 g/sm tarp for signage prints, good for both indoor and outdoor use which are fade and water-resistant.
How long will customer tarpaulin banners last?
About 2 years on average. Please note a banner’s lifespan can vary based on how often you display it in direct sunlight, how often it’s used in the rain and whether it’s properly hung.
Can I print on both sides of the banner?
No, we only offer 1-sided printing at the moment.
Do they come with eyelets and banner reinforcement?
Certainly, you have the option to include eyelets (plastic grommets). However, currently, we do not offer support for adding a reinforced hem to your banner.
My vinyl banner is creased. How do I get them out?
Over time, wrinkles should naturally fade, but if you want to expedite the process, simply position your banner beneath a weighty, flat object.
I’m ready to have my design printed, what file formats do you accept?
We welcome an extensive array of file formats, including those commonly used in desktop publishing programs like Photoshop, Illustrator, and CorelDRAW. While we prefer PDF (Portable Document Format) for digital documents, we also accommodate JPG, PNG, PS, PSD, TIF, and EPS files.
What resolution do I need for my image files?
For optimal print and signage quality, we strongly recommend sending us image files with a high resolution of at least 300 dpi.
